Today, pursuing profit and growth often takes precedence over purpose and meaningful expansion. The constant busyness of our lives is celebrated as 'hustle,' but this mindset has led to a disconnect—from ourselves, our teams, and our customers.
I believe true success in business and the workplace can only be achieved by fully embracing the deeper aspects of our humanity. I am inspired by the immense power we possess as humans—not just in qualities like empathy, perspective, and intuition but also in our innate ability to transform. We have the capacity to rewire our neural pathways, altering how we think, feel, and act. We can harness different states of consciousness to shape our reality and, through moments of stillness, unlock profound creativity from within.
I believe it’s time for us to evolve in a new direction and develop a fresh language that reflects humanity’s growth. As technology and AI increasingly influence our trajectory, our wisdom must also evolve to keep pace.

With experience spanning large international corporations, scale-ups, and start-ups, I have a deep understanding of the unique pressures and cultural dynamics that organisations face at various stages of growth. At Santander, I pioneered the first Future of Work Practice, preparing the workforce for tomorrow's challenges. I also served as Chief Workplace Officer for a start-up that saw both rapid growth and closure, and as People and Culture Director for a venture-backed scale-up, where I navigated the complexities of fast-paced expansion.
Expertise
My expertise lies at the intersection of coaching and consultancy, where people and business converge. I specialise in organisational change, transformation, people and talent strategy, innovation, and culture across diverse industries, including financial services, energy, and technology. With deep expertise, I excel at accurately identifying key business challenges and driving effective, solution-focused strategies.
Skills
As a Reiki practitioner and skilled certified transformational coach, adept in psychometric testing, I have a deep intuitive, understanding of human behaviour. Using cognitive behavioural science, the tools and techniques I use, allow me to work through how people think, feel and act, whilst also guiding long lasting behavioural change.
Working with Hema as our business coach during the early years of our start-up was greatly beneficial. Her guidance and support helped us navigate the complexities of developing a business, from its inception to successfully placing our first products in the market.
